Gribbin students in Coleen Verity’s after-school Character Club presented skits on cooperation during a recent school assembly.

The assembly kicked off the school’s monthlong focus on cooperation, which encouraged students to work together in a respectful and caring environment. Members of the Character Club wrote and performed three skits, which concentrated on cooperating and sharing books, taking turns while playing games and working together to care for a pet.

Each month, the Character Club learns about a positive character trait and performs short skits related the monthly theme.
