Landing Elementary School students are constantly working to improve their fitness levels during physical education classes. This October, three fifth-grade students were able to break Landing’s indoor cardiovascular P.A.C.E.R. fitness test record.

Congratulations to Edith Vanegas of Denise Pawlowski's class, who achieved a 62 on the P.A.C.E.R. test, and her classmate Danielle Ginez, who a moment later broke Edith's record with a score of 63. Valerie Acosta of Stefanie Liptzin's class ultimately shattered Danielle's record with a score a 69.

Sofia Kern set the original P.A.C.E.R. record of 59 laps in 2015. Physical education teacher Karen Serani congratulated all of the Landing students who try their hardest to achieve their best.
