Letters, pins and plaques were also awarded to students in recognition of their participation in a particular sport.

The girls varsity soccer team was recognized with the Sportsmanship Award from the Nassau County Girls Soccer Coaches Association. Also recognized were the boys varsity soccer team, which advanced to the semifinals – although falling to two-time state champion (2011, 2012) Jericho – and the varsity football team, which finished with its best season in more than 50 years (8-2), advancing to the second round of the playoffs.
